08/23/2024 – A strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than a weak believer.

The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ, says (A strong believer is better and more beloved to God than a weak believer). What is power in its full sense? It is the strength of the body, the strength of the mind, and the strength of the spirit.

As for the strength of the body, it means that a person protects his body from diseases and illnesses, so that his food and drink are good.

As for the power of the mind, it means Reading, knowledge and awareness.

As for the strength of the spirit, it means tranquility and certainty as a person overcomes his sorrows and pain.

Pause on the power of the mind:

The mind cannot be strong if it is weak in the face of drugs, and the mind cannot be strong if it is very distorted.

The Noble Qur’an told us about Dhul-Qarnayn, who was the king of the east and west of the earth, and God gave him a reason for everything, so he followed a reason. When he reached between the two dams, and the people who could hardly understand a word asked him to place a dam between them and Gog and Magog, he said to them: {So help me with strength}, so strength was the reason for the success of the construction.

And when the Qur’an spoke to us in Surat Maryam about the power of the mind, knowledge, and wisdom, when God Almighty said to our master Yahya, peace be upon him, {O Yahya, take the Book with strength}, then strength was the key to knowledge and understanding.

Be strong, for God Almighty loves a strong believer who protects his body, mind, and soul from everything that threatens the body with illness, the mind with deviation, or the spirit with weakness. Can a person achieve all of this if he is weak in the face of drugs and rumors??

Drugs are the key to anxiety, depression, nervous and psychological tension, memory disorder, absent-mindedness, paralysis of will, and family disintegration.

Be strong and know that spreading and promoting rumors is a grave sin. The Prophet, ﷺ, warned against spreading news without clarifying or proving it. The Prophet,ﷺ , says (It is enough of a lie for a man to narrate everything he hears), and the Messenger of God, ﷺ, says (The servant speaks a word that pleases God, and does not paying attention to it; God raises him by degrees, and the servant utters a word out of God’s displeasure, without paying attention to it, and he falls with it into Hell.

Oh God, grant us health in our bodies and minds, and make us strong in the truth and helpers of it.
